Management Trainees

  Training Officer  
  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develops and conducts in house soft skills training program for different companies.
  • Aligns and monitors all training initiatives to come up with a holistic training plan.
  • Assists the HR group head in organizational development programs and growth systems.
Qualifications:
  • With a minimum of 3 years experience in training and development with 2 years supervisory.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable in training procedures, analysis and module preparation.
  • Background in Organization development is an advantage.
  • With outstanding presentation skills.
  • Literate in computer applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must be creative, flexible, and has the ability to adapt to different situations.
 
  Training Assistant  
  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists Training Officer in developing and conducting in house soft skills training programs for the different companies.
  • Coordinates with Company and department heads for training scheduling. Monitors all training initiatives and plans. Assists the training officer in research and administrative work.

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or related discipline.
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in training and human resources.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Literate in computer applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must be very good in logistics and coordination.
  • Must be creative, flexible, and has the ability to adapt to different situations.
 
  HR Assistant  
  The HR assistant is responsible for manpower sourcing, placement, and employee orientation. Maintains pertinent records and documents for newly hired employees.
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Psychology or any Behavioral Science course.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literate; knowledgeable in MS applications.
  • Must be resourceful and systematic.
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
 
  Account Officers  
  Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handles the credit investigation and preparation of reports on client information.
Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business course.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate; knowledgeable in MS applications.
  • Honest, hardworking, and result oriented.
  • Willing to work on extended hours.
  • With at least one year related work experience in a financing corporation.
 
  Marketing Assistants  
  Provides administrative assistance in all aspects of marketing, including, planning, advertising, promotions, portfolio development, and research.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
  • With pleasing personality and has excellent communication skills.

  • Conducts verification of accounts with clients.
  • Checks the authenticity of documents and veracity of information reports.
  • Reviews the qualification of clients.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • Good with oral and written communication skills.
  • Sales experience obtained from a financial institution is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized systematic and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work with irregular work hours.
  • Customer service oriented.
 
  AUDIT STAFF  
  Conduct compliance and preparation of reports for branches.
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.
  • Previous audit experience is an advantage.
  • Computer literate
  • Above average both oral and written communication skills.
  • Can relate well with people.
  • Highly analytical and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to accept provincial assignments.
