  • Certified True Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), Updated Tax Declaration and Updated Real Estate Tax Receipt (RETR)
  • Vicinity Map with location plan
  • Original CTC (Cedula) and TIN (with proof)
  • Usual requirements apply if the borrower is employed, with business, allottee, beneficiary or doctor
  • Appraisal Fee of Php2,200.00 (Metro Manila); Php2,500.00 (Province)

REAL ESTATE TAKE-OUT

  • Certified true copy of Original Certificate of Title (OCT)/ Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
  • Tax Declaration
  • RETR (Real Estate Tax Receipt)
  • Vicinity Map w/ Location Plan
  • Original CEDULA & TIN with proof
  • Appraisal report from the accredited appraiser of FFCC
  • Require Affidavit of non-tenancy for agricultural lot
  • If with improvement, Fire Insurance policy from accredited insurance company duly endorsed to AFC
