   Agent's commission varies depending on the product and the type of the account.

   Non-collateral Loans

   New Accounts	5% of Loan
   Renewal Accounts	4% of Loan

   Collateral Loans

   New Accounts	4% of Loan

   Collateral Account	0.5%

4. Group Incentive 0.35%

5. Additional Incentives for New Account Production

   5	Php 1,000	Php 150.00 for every account in excess of 5 new accounts
   10	Php 2,000	Php 250.00 for every account in excess of 10 accounts
   15	Php 3,250	Php 500.00 for every account in excess of 15 new accounts
   20	Php 5,750	Php 600.00 for every account in excess of 20 new accounts
